• We do not guarantee availability, appreciation, or future value of any artwork.

• Any decisions regarding acquisitions or investments are the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments for courses and advisory services must be made in full before booking confirmation.
3.3 Transactions are processed via Stripe or bank transfer, and payment details are encrypted for security.
3.4 Robineau Art reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

4.1 Private Course Bookings

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be possible upon request.

4.2 Art Advisory & Acquisitions

• Due to the exclusive and bespoke nature of our advisory services, all transactions are final once an agreement is made.

• If a sourced artwork becomes unavailable, any deposit paid will be fully refunded, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4.3 General Terms

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within [X] business days via the original payment method.

• We do not cover fees related to currency exchange, bank charges, or third-party transaction fees.
